Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gurugram, Sector 18

Shift: Rotational shifts / US shifts

Salary: 18k-30k ctc

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gurugram, Sector 18. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.

- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction through feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

- A degree in any field is preferred.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
