Job Description

1. Fluency in English: Clear and accurate pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

2. Language proficiency: Knowledge of multiple languages, depending on the region or country you'll be supporting.

3. Accent neutralization: Ability to neutralize your accent to ensure clear communication.

4. Technical troubleshooting: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.

5. CRM and software applications: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, helpdesk software, and other relevant applications.

Pay: ?10,467.93 - ?30,000.00 per month
