Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team, a leading beauty ecommerce brand. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across multiple channels to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding.
• Assist customers in navigating our website, finding products, placing orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our beauty products and brands.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as logistics and marketing to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and contribute to ongoing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably within the beauty or ecommerce industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening and problem-solving.
• Passion for beauty products and a deep understanding of skincare, cosmetics, and haircare trends.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed to support peak times and special promotions.
