- Handling operational queries via email and call (B2B Business Module) \xe2\x80\xa2 Owning the end-to-end delivery for customers.
- Direct interaction with client POC.
- Providing resolution within a specified a specified TAT and defined SLAs.
- Co-ordination with other verticals/team to resolve the issues.
- Campus execution module \xe2\x80\x93 B2B.
- Conducting training sessions for clients on products.
- Working on Custom reports/Analytics
- Ability to take initiatives.
- Good speaking & writing English
- Knowledge of MS-office tools
- Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficient in (MIS/EXCEL)
