  • Handling operational queries via email and call (B2B Business Module) \xe2\x80\xa2 Owning the end-to-end delivery for customers.
  • Direct interaction with client POC.
  • Providing resolution within a specified a specified TAT and defined SLAs.
  • Co-ordination with other verticals/team to resolve the issues.
  • Campus execution module \xe2\x80\x93 B2B.
  • Conducting training sessions for clients on products.
  • Working on Custom reports/Analytics
Minimum Requirement:
  • Ability to take initiatives.
  • Good speaking & writing English
  • Knowledge of MS-office tools
  • Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficient in (MIS/EXCEL)
