Follow company guidelines and processes while interacting with customers.
Multitask efficiently, handling multiple chat conversations at a time.
Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to type quickly and accurately.
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat support tools.
Ability to work standard office hours (no shifts).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
Prior experience in customer service (added advantage but not required).
