Job Responsibilities:



Handle live chat support to assist customers with queries and concerns. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries. Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. Document and escalate unresolved queries to the relevant department. Follow company guidelines and processes while interacting with customers. Multitask efficiently, handling multiple chat conversations at a time.

Requirements:



Excellent written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to type quickly and accurately. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat support tools.

Ability to work standard office hours (no shifts).


Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in customer service (added advantage but not required).

Pay: Up to ?15,000.00 per month
