Key Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing quick and accurate solutions.
• Share detailed information about our business setup and company formation services.
• Handle customer complaints with care and escalate unresolved issues to the right teams.
• Stay updated on company policies, services, and procedures.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth and excellent customer experience.
Skills Required
Must-Have Skills:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Representative in financial services, banking, or similar industries.
• Excellent skills in using CRM systems and customer support tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English with a professional attitude.
• Great interpersonal skills to build relationships with important clients.
• Ability to solve problems and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer information.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in business setup or company formation services.
• Knowledge of regulations for company formation in relevant areas.
