Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance Monitoring:
• Continuously monitor live video feeds from CCTV cameras.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior, security breaches, or incidents in real-time.
• Ensure the video surveillance systems are functioning properly and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.

Incident Response:

• React promptly to alarms and notifications from the surveillance system.
• Coordinate with security personnel and emergency services as necessary.
• Document and record incidents accurately and thoroughly.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of surveillance activities, incidents, and equipment status.
• Prepare and submit incident reports and other required documentation.
• Ensure all records are accurate, secure, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.

Compliance and Security

• Adhere to all relevant security protocols, privacy laws, and regulations.
• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of surveillance footage and related information.
• Conduct periodic audits of the CCTV system to ensure compliance with security standards.

Communication

• Communicate effectively with team members, security personnel, and law enforcement.
• Provide clear and concise verbal and written reports of incidents and observations.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall security measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?23,500.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
