Job Description

Main Activities:

Understand and acquire thorough knowledge of various products of the company

Handling customer queries with right solutions

Resolve customer queries by understanding customer's pain points / issues and guiding him at all relevant stages of the process

What are we looking for:

HSC or Graduate

Fresher / 01 year experience of relevant work

Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi is must

Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction

Good relationship skills with understanding of client service

Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly? Word, Excel, Outlook

Good general knowledge of Banking sector will be an added advantage
