Key Responsibilities :
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
• Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
• Excellent communication skills : Verbal and written proficiency in [English and/or local languages].
• Smart problem-solver : Ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations calmly.
• Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
