Job Description

Do you have a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for Customer Support Executives (Non-Voice) who will assist customers via chat services including chat, text, email, social media, and other non-verbal platforms. You'll play a key role in resolving customer queries, consulting with compassion, and ensuring a smooth and exceptional customer experience.

You'll report to the Team Lead and contribute to the overall success of the team by consistently delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming communications from customers via chat, email, and other non-verbal platforms.
• Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer issues using written communication.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer needs.

Requirements :

• Excellent written communication skills in English , including grammar and spelling.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment .
• Education: 10 + 3 Diploma/HSC/Any Graduate .
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
