Job Description

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote Indus University's courses and programs to potential students speaking Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and fees.
• Manage a database of potential students and follow up with them through phone calls and emails.
• Assist students with the application and enrollment process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and student enrollment.
• Collaborate effectively with the admissions team to ensure a smooth student experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, along with fluency in Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu.
• Prior experience in telecalling or cold calling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet established targets.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Freshers with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,883.37 - ?17,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
