for a VIP- Blended process with email and voice

Process Name - Dream11

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer's interactions via multiple channels (email, chat, and voice).
• Resolve queries related to Dream11 services in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.
• Work efficiently in a dynamic team, team oriented environment.
• Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ undergraduate.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory (freshers will not be considered).
• Need Immediate Joiner.

Shift Timings: 6 days working (work from office)

Job Type: Full Time

Remuneration: 28000 (CTC)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?28,000.00 per month
