Roles and Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat. Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers. Identify customers\' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams. Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers. Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services. Requirements : Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field. Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software and use of ticketing systems. Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills. Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
