Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Passionate about educational technology and e-learning platforms.
• Skilled in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and Google Docs (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Power BI and AI concepts is an added advantage.
• Must own a personal laptop for work.

Job Highlights:
• Office Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata.
• Work Mode: In-office role.
• Schedule: 6 working days with 1 rotational day off.
• Eligibility: Open to freshers and candidates with prior customer support experience.
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Technology.
• Salary Details:
• Freshers: ?13,800 - ?15,800 per month (in hand).
• Experienced: Up to ?18,500 per month (in hand, based on previous salary).
• Benefits: Includes PF and ESI.
• Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage webinars, ensuring flawless execution.
• Provide technical support during live sessions.
• Assist the team with daily operational tasks.
• Respond to customer queries and offer effective solutions via email, chat, and phone.
• Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in the education sector.
