Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Female)Job Location: Karari Garden, Nirmal Village, Vasai West, District Palghar, Mumbai, 401304.:We are seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Receptionist and Customer Service Representative for one of our clients. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive experience both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.Responsibilities:1. Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2. Customer Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance, gather feedback, or follow up on inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Follow-up:
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and to gather feedback on their experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues or requests.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.
4. Administrative Support:
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation or diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, internet browsing).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
