Customer Service Representative

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales and telemarketing abilities
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Experience in inside sales or technical sales is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling to generate leads and close sales
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate software systems
- Strong business development skills
