We are a pre-owned car purchase company based in Kerala, specializing in buying cars from Delhi NCR. We are currently seeking a female staff member fluent in Hindi and English to manage customer calls and oversee the RC transfer process.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service in both Hindi and English.
Coordinate with Delhi NCR for smooth RC transfer processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to car purchases.
Assist in administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
Experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
