Experience required: Prior Exp - 2 year in Customer Service and Collection role from any US based program (Must have exp supporting docs during Interview procedure
Roles & Responsibilities:
To provide customer support through voice calls pertaining to Dreams 11 platform query & complaints
Highest Education - Graduate (In Any stream ).
Shifts - US Shifts - No transport during odd hours shifts
•WOFF - • 2 WO in a week - Rotational Basis (No Fixed Offs)
Comms Skills - Candidates should have excellent command over English language, Versant 60 & above.
CTC - 50K Per month
Levels of Interviews - HR Round & Ops Round.
