Job Title: Customer Care Representative
Location: Karol Bagh (New Delhi)
The Customer Support Executive will manage customer feedback and efficiently handle complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone, email, or chat.
• Record, track, and manage feedback to improve customer experience.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or management as needed.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes.
Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Empathy and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
