Unayur Marketing is seeking a highly motivated, soft-spoken, and customer-focused individual to join our Complaint Department as a Customer Service & Feedback Agent . As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, managing queries, and ensuring a seamless feedback loop to enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels.
• Complaint Management: Effectively resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Feedback Collection: Actively gather feedback from customers to improve services, products, and processes.
• Problem-Solving: Address and troubleshoot customer issues with empathy, patience, and clarity.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Record complaints, resolutions, and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the complaint management team and other departments to resolve escalated issues and enhance customer experience.
• Follow-up: Ensure follow-up with customers after resolution to confirm satisfaction and gather additional feedback if necessary.
• Knowledge Sharing: Keep updated with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Customer Care: Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a soft-spoken and patient demeanor.
• Customer-Centric Attitude: Ability to understand and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying problems, offering solutions, and managing difficult customer situations.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and track complaints and feedback.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team Player: Collaborative with team members and other departments to deliver effective results.
• Prior Experience: Previous experience in customer service, complaint handling, or feedback management is a plus, but not mandatory..
