Job Summary: Anandam Group provides comprehensive customer service solutions to a variety of clients across industries, including e-commerce, grocery, healthcare, and digital media. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can manage client communications with professionalism and expertise. Our clients include notable brands such as Zaimboo, Zaimboo Daily, Anandam Ayurved Clinic, and several YouTube channels. This role is ideal for candidates who are adaptable, have excellent English communication skills, and are proficient in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries across different platforms (phone, email, chat) for various client brands.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, tracking customer interactions, and maintaining documentation.
• Familiarize yourself with each client's products, services, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service for all client brands.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, ideally supporting multiple brands.
• MS Office Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; able to handle a variety of customer scenarios.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Adaptability: Skilled at switching between different client brands and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
• Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or media industries.
