• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about our services and offerings

• 0-1years of customer service experience (travel or aviation industry preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first attitude and the ability to handle pressure with professionalis
