We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
• Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and basic software applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy customers.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
