We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer support, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Collect and relay customer feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?36,524.31 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Hindi (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
