Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hauz Khas for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, or chat. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer problems, and educate customers about our products and services. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center, retail, or hospitality environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using customer service software or ticketing systems. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and procedures. Note : Must be Fluent in English
