Role Overview:

We are seeking a Client Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our members and visitors. The role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage daily front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Manage phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Provide detailed information about membership options, services, and promotions.
• Address member concerns or feedback and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle member check-ins, appointment scheduling, and account updates.
• Support administrative tasks, including billing and payment processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall member experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
