This will provide you with the understanding of needs from shop and opportunity to share any customer feedbacks or decision on ongoing projects. Your concise communication with internal team, Client Managers and customers will have direct impact on client satisfaction and on time delivery of projects. You will be expecting a supportive culture from the team and an environment to grow your career and same time improve product knowledge and contribute towards the growth of the company.How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Preparation of Quotation, Manage Repair Shop Projects, creating quotes, and managing financials including communication internal and external.
• Provide concise and descriptive work instructions to the shop floor for inspection and repair scopes referencing all appropriate repair and factory technical specifications.
• Co-ordination with Spare Parts teams, Product Competence Centers (PCC) for spare parts quotations to be considered in Repair Activity.
• Prepare and deliver project documentation and progress reports for internal and external customers.
• Participate in initiatives with improvement initiatives including with Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Support technical team with clarification by co-ordinating with Engineering

What You Bring

• Experience on repairs / Maintenance for Steam Turbines, Compressors, Reciprocating equipment and Valves.
• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2-5 years and interest working with the rotating equipment.
• Basic understanding of Repairs technologies,
• Experience with managing project life cycle, cost & strong project management capability.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environment and flexible to work extended hours during shutdown time frames which can include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Readiness for low - moderate travel
