• Customer Outreach: Make calls to customers for order confirmations, ensuring accuracy of details and answering any queries they may have.
• Service Coordination: Assist with customer service calls, providing relevant information and resolving basic issues or directing to appropriate departments as needed.
• Data Management: Sort, categorize, and maintain customer and order data, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for team use.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
• Report Generation: Prepare and update daily or weekly reports on call outcomes, feedback, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
Skills:
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and MS Office.
