Customer Service Representative - Banking Inbound
Location: Sector 5, Kolkata (Work from Office)

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Banking Inbound process. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through inbound calls.
We have two distinct profiles available:
Profile 1: English with Oriya/Assamese Proficiency
• Requirements:
• Graduation Mandatory
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills in Oriya/Assamese
• Minimum 18 months of work experience with at least 6 months of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain
• AMCAT score of 50 or above
• CTC: Up to INR 30,000 per month
Profile 2: Hindi with Oriya/Assamese Proficiency
• Requirements:
• Undergraduate/Graduation
• Fluency in Hindi with good comprehension of English
• Excellent communication skills in Oriya/Assamese
• VETI 3 certification preferred
• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome
• CTC:
• Odia: INR 14,500 per month
• Assamese: INR 18,000 per month
Key Responsibilities for Both Profiles:
• Handle inbound customer calls effectively and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.
