Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Women-Only Role) J ob Description : We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join AFB Mart near Khel Gaon School, Prayagraj. This role is ideal for women seeking a fresh start or restarting their career in a supportive and flexible environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction:

• Make cold calls and send WhatsApp messages to engage with customers.
• Guide customers in navigating our website and placing orders.
• Collect data on customer preferences and suggest suitable products (e.g., dry fruits, groceries).
• Record customer interactions and feedback in Google Sheets.

2. Store Management :

• Manage invoicing and billing for in-store and online orders.
• Handle inventory management using a laptop.
• Assist walk-in customers by creating physical bills and updating the system later.

3. Shipping Coordination_ : Create and print shipping labels using the DELHIVERY ONE platform for online orders. Coordinate with the store assistant for order packing and dispatch. •Work Details:• _Location_ : AFB Mart, Khel Gaon, Prayagraj. _Timing_ : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. _Off Day_ : One day off or half-day per week. •Compensation:• _Base Salary_ : ?8,000/month. _Incentives_ : Additional earning opportunities for successful customer conversions. •Ideal Candidate:• Women looking for flexible, supportive work environments.
