Job description -

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Coimbatore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in promoting our products and services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product/service recommendations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
• Conduct product demonstrations, offer technical explanations, and provide solutions to customers.
• Process sales orders and follow up to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the marketing and support teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new opportunities and maximizing existing accounts.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• A Science Graduate with a strong understanding of basic science and technical concepts.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior in Coimbatore is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
