• Uses skills and knowledge to resolve complex customer relationship management issues that are received from all customer segments.
• Receives inquiries from customers from various sources (phone and email), answers questions and/or resolves individual problems promptly.
• Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer inquiries related to invoicing
• Actively participates in teams to continuously improve and drive quality into ULs service to the customer.
• Proactively suggest improvements
• Read and follow the Underwriters Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Evening working schedule (01 - 10 PM).
• Performs other duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree, plus one plus years of relevant Customer Service or Sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to respond appropriately to customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
