Customer Service Executive (Outbound Calls)
Salary: 2-3 LPA

- Interact professionally and politely on the telephone with prospective patient leads as per the list provided by the Company from time to time.
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients for appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the computer systems.
- Meet minimum number of outbound calls per day as defined by the Company from time to time.
- Schedule appointments accurately based on customer protocols.
- Answer customer / patient queries
- Communicate and explain the value and benefits of using the services.
- Maintain patient privacy in compliance with Company norms To be a Customer Service Executive, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare process (Outbound calls)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation, drive and initiative
- An outgoing and confident approach
- The flexibility to cope with frequent changes in products and healthcare systems Education and Experience:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in healthcare education (Preferred)
- Experience in healthcare industry: 1+ years (Preferred) You will get:
