The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As the first point of contact, the Customer Service Executive will play a critical role in building positive relationships with customers and ensuring a smooth experience across all interactions.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
