Job Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide personalized assistance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, offering guidance and support at every step.
• Coordinate property viewings and assist clients in finding properties that meet their requirements.
• Facilitate communication between clients and real estate agents, ensuring all parties are kept informed and up-to-date.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote available properties and generate leads.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements as needed.
• Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
• Handle any escalated issues or complaints with professionalism and a commitment to finding satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Real estate license or willingness to obtain one within [specify time frame] of employment.
