Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and availability.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the uniform or workwear industry.
