We at Satopradhan are looking to hire an experienced person for the profile of Customer Service Officer, in this profile you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing support. You will ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to the company's reputation for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide information and support.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
• MIS Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer records and document all customer interactions and transactions.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Policy Adherence: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a customer service role or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle different situations calmly and professionally.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools is preferred.
• Minimum Graduation in any stream.
Salary: 15k to 20k, as per the skills set and knowledge.
Timings: 9 am to 6 pm
