Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company products or services.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads, and document relevant information.

Follow-Up:

Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed record of conversations.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and report common issues to management.

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Team Collaboration:

Work with team members to improve calling strategies and techniques.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
