Key responsibilities: * Monitoring each trip to make sure it is arriving on time and if there is delay send notifications
* Working on making sure all trips are having the tracking link updated and sending notifications to customers for tracking the bus
* Handling sending notifications to customers
* Help with generating tracking links
* Working on communicating via phone with bus operators to send reports (within the organization)
* Assisting customers with emergency problems or unexpected situations
* Providing solutions for customer problems
* Working on ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships
* Manage process refunds, cancellations, and exchanges
* Reply to customers via chat and email Additional information: * Evening Shift timing: 4:30 pm to 1:30 am (1-hour break)
* During work hours, you must be available for calls and texts from the management
* Login time and logout time must be reported every day through WhatsApp/slack Note: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Chennai after probation time.
