Work Location : Andheri, east Mumbai Excellent communication skill, Versant level 5 must. Graduate with minimum 6 month of work experience in customer service only, preferably inbound services. (Customer service / Hospitality / international calling experience / Telecom / D2H / Calling / Tele caller) Typing Test 25-30 WPM with 85% accuracy Working window 24x7 (Male) 7am to 9pm (females). Salary : Graduate ( 6-11 months work exp ) 3.20 lacs, Graduate ( 12 month plus work exp ) - 3.25 3.50 Lacs. Six days Working & 1 rotational week-off, 9 hours shift. Address- Wing 1 & 2, IT 2nd Floor, TechM, near Oberoi Garden, Boomerang Building, Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai. Interview Process HR screening round Operations interview Versant assessment (VETI 5), Numerical assessment and Psychometric test.
