Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Service representative to join our team at Wings Global Services. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working experience with chat, phone, and email customer service
• Phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy
• Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Data entry skills and attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer interactions
• Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
