Responsibilities:
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
• HSC with Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be comfortable working from the office.
• Must be an immediate Joiner.
Shift Timings: Rotational Day Shift / 2 Rotational week offs
Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
