The Role Responsibilities BAU Transactions Pledge update Unpledge request Disbursal request Part Payment / Repayment updates Lien Marking and Release letters (Mutual Fund / Bonds, etc) Monthly and Quarterly Interest reset approval Static Data change request Interest reconciliation and Status of NACH Updating for interest Payment Customer Queries and Assistance One point contact for customer for any issues, clarification, service, etc Ledger / SOA request processing Drawdown eligibility Unpledge calculations Interest Calculation / Interest certificates and MIS publishing Team and Channel Assistance Portfolio eligibility Channel Pay-out mails, obtain bills, release pay-outs Managing Inventory zone wise for Letter Head, Application forms, Agreement, Notary, Franking, Stamp Paper procurement Payments - Interest and Margin Shortfall Margin Call - Sending reminder emails to the clients as well as RMs. RMs to take personal follow up with their respective clients. Interest Payment - Sending reminder emails to the clients as well as to the RMs. RMs to take personal follow up with their respective clients. Renewal Process, PDD, review Documents, etc Management Sending Renewal mails to clients and obtaining confirmation END Use certificates PDD follow up Follow up for URC Additionally, Co ordinating with Client office for Docs relating to KYC / CDD / Annual Review. Co ordinating with KYC / CDD Team for any further requirements for sign off. Co ordinating with client office for legal documentation / Notary, etc. Processes Need to have the complete understanding of the Business workflow, Digital, systems, reports, etc. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Knowledge of and experience of handling, servicing and interacting with customer for BAU activities. Understanding of policies, systems, key sales and operational components of Security Based Lending products.
