Customer Service- Deputy/ Manager- Sea Export
  • Plan & monitor the shipment(s) at every stage of team.
  • Discuss with Pricing/Sales & take control of shipment from the planning stage.
  • Developing knowledge about job requirements/procedures.
  • Plan the Operations / Documentation / Carrier requirements.
  • Transshipment follow-up of connections - updates to be done prior to connections.
  • Follow-up & adhere to SQI standards.
  • Serve as first point of contact in all communications concerning customer / job.
  • Follow-up customer dues & ensure we deal with only approved customers for Credit.
  • Update all reports - SQI, DSR, Weekly , Transshipment reports promptly.
  • Handled Export Shipments mostly.
  • Handling team CS team members.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with 4-10 years of experience in freight forwarding with sea freight exposure.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed with Incoterms like -FOB/ Ex-works.
  • Proficient in MS Office & ability to work independently.
  • Team handling experience will be adding an advantage.
