ShiftTiming : Should be comfortable with 24.7 working Environment Responsibilities . Overseeing andassessing customer service staffs\' activities and providing regularperformance-related feedback. . Strategizing andmonitoring the daily activities of the customer service operations team. . Assisting customerservice staff with duties where and when required. . Training staff inareas of customer service and company policies. . Investigating andsolving customer service complaints. . Assisting with thedevelopment and implementation of service policies and explaining these tostaff. . Creating andmaintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
