About the Role:
We're hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA) for a leading retail fashion/e-commerce client. If you're passionate about providing excellent support via voice, email, and chat -- and have a flair for cross-selling and upselling -- we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to products, orders, returns, refunds, tracking, and delivery via chat and email.
Ensure timely and professional resolutions to customer issues.
Maintain accurate records and update systems as required.
Cross-sell and upsell products as per business targets.
Handle escalated customer calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in training, knowledge assessments, and process improvement activities.
Who Can Apply:
Graduates or Postgraduates
1-2 years of experience in BPO/customer service (Retail, E-commerce preferred)
Candidates with
Inbound Sales
experience are highly encouraged to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in international voice processes or supporting Australian clients is a plus
Comfortable working early morning shifts
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
Willing to relocate (if not based in Bangalore)
