for a VIP International - Outbound Sales

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide appropriate solutions within the timeframes specified and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Provide users with information on how to maximize their experience on the site, including tips on profile optimization and effective communication.
• Provide information on subscription plans and assist users in upgrading their membership, including handling payment inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Collections or Renewals.
• Night allowance is provided apart from salary and incentives.
• Candidates from B2C background are preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be comfortable working from the office.

Shift Timings: 12 AM - 9 AM (2 Rotational offs)

Job Location: Marwah Centre, 4th Floor, A & B Wing, Krishanlal Marwah Marg, Sakinaka Andheri East, Mumbai (Near Piknik hotel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
