The intern will support our customer service team by answering buyer queries, handling return requests, and ensuring that customers' concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in handling return requests, ensuring that customers' concerns are managed efficiently and accurately.
• Provide customers with clear, helpful, and solution-oriented responses.
• Assist with escalating complex issues to the senior customer service team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer service records and reports.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Support the overall customer experience efforts and improve customer service processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
