Job Description
We have an urgent requirement in Inbound Voice Process at Navi Mumbai - For HSC or Graduate Fresher with Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Job Role:
Customer Service (Inbound Voice Process Blended )
70% Inbound Calls on Food Queries and 30% Chat will be there
Also OJT will be of 7 days and On Joining Day will have a basic Test on Written Communication and Personality.
Interview will be Face to Face in Navi Mumbai (2 Rounds)
Shift Timings:
Male: Rotational shifts with rotational week-offs
Female: Last shift ends at 8:00 PM, rotational week-offs
Fixed Salary:
Rs. 14,000 - Rs. 22,000 CTC + perks
Additional Perks: Night travel allowance of Rs. 75/day
Eligibility :
Good English communication skills
Freshers /Experience
Education :
HSC or Graduation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
