Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled customer service import professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in the job market context of India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support for our import business. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with key import customers
• Provide exceptional customer service support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of import orders
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Provide regular reports and updates on customer service performance to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the import industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures
• Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?83,000.00 - ?99,999.00 per month
